Our lacrosse programs focus on fundamental skill development using a high-energy, high-intensity, and supportive development model. Our goal is for players to work hard, have fun, and have the opportunity to love the game.
We offer programming at all skill levels for boys and girls in elementary, middle, and high school.
Our small group trainings are offered indoor during the fall, winter, early spring and summer. Additional outdoor programming is offered during certain seasons. Descriptions of classes and programs are below.
