Like all our training, our basketball programs are built on high reps, high energy, high enthusiasm, and high engagement. Our goal is to develop the skills players need to excel while also fostering teamwork, discipline, leadership, camaraderie, and community—the hallmarks of great teammates.

We offer small group training and competitive tournament teams to challenge athletes and help them grow. Whether on the practice court or in competition, we provide a supportive environment where players improve their skills, build connections, and reach their full potential.

Unit 1 Athletics Co-Founder Chris Cook brings extensive experience and leadership to the basketball programs and oversees our basketball programs. A high school team captain and former varsity basketball coach, Chris was named Massachusetts Charter Coach of the Year. He led his team to a state finalist position, coached four conference MVPs, and helped many players continue their basketball careers at the collegiate level.

Additional coaches to be announced.
